Making a contract with us:
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. you will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
We hope you’ll be happy with your purchase but we appreciate that sometimes it can be difficult to buy based on a picture. If when you receive your purchase you decide that it isn’t suitable please contact me within 48 hours to discuss. I will offer either a refund (excluding postage costs) or exchange upon receipt of the returned item, BUT please contact me first for instructions on customs form requirements.
I’m sorry but I cannot refund postage costs unless the item is faulty. For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
You must ensure that you obtain a proof of posting and/or adequate insurance/delivery confirmation if returning a package as I am not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged while in transit to me. Items must be returned unworn /used and in in the original gift box.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or mis- described.
Faulty goods If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
